Sylvan Ruritans are grinding sausage to INVEST in the youth of Alamance County. All proceeds from the Ruritan sausage grinds are invested back into the youth through college scholarships for high school seniors. It is the our goal to assist in the development of our future community leaders through their pursuit of higher education for the area’s youth. Come buy some sausage and help us continue this great tradition.

Sylvan Ruritan is part of a national organization dedicated to improving communities and building a better America through, “Fellowship, Goodwill and Community”. Joining Ruritans is a great way to meet your neighbors while serving the needs of the community. Some examples of what we do are:

Club Updates
The Sylvan Ruritan Club recently completed the Adopt a Highway clean up of Snow Camp Road. It was a fun morning of fellowship while helping to keep Snow Camp Clean. Please remember to keep our community clean and don’t litter.
